Hello, I am Lilly B.

Thank you for coming to my site. I am located in the Dallas - Fort Worth Area and have been learning the craft of architectural design through professional practice and university studies.

Background

I worked for three years as an architectural designer for an international firm. I have led projects throughout the northeast and southeast of the United States while working alongside multiple architects.

 

During that time I realized that the architectural design industry had become more focused on finishing projects in order to meet poor deadlines at the cost of the client's design and finish quality goals.

​

Purpose 

My intention is to stop that mindset by creating this idea-centered studio where design comes first. My goal is to develop a project that has a deep sense of space and emotion while educating you, the client, on what to expect as the project goes into construction. This way, when you decide to add a built deadline, the design intent will not be compromised.

Values

Through this Design Studio, I aim to make a difference in how a project gets done. I believe that a design idea should be carefully thought out and developed, which is why my two primary pillars are based around the concept of Design and Production.

 

Through those services- I aim to develop your idea while providing education on the code implications and engineering complexities that might impact your project.

​

The last pillar is Visualizations- these are tools that anyone can use to help raise funding, expand marketing campaigns, or to use as inspiration for a dream home.
